What we collect
When you request an estimate, we ask for:
- Your name and the phone number and/or email you choose to share
- Your preferred contact method and general availability
- Your vehicle’s year, make, and model and a description of the work
- Photos of your vehicle that you choose to attach
If you accept a quote online, we also record your typed name, your signature, the time you signed, your browser type, and a scrambled (hashed) form of your network address so the agreement can be verified later.
We do not ask for payment details, insurance policy numbers, or driver’s license information through this website.
How we use it
We use your information only to review your request and contact you about it. Checking the consent box lets us contact you about that request; it is not permission to send marketing messages.
Your photos
Photos you send are kept private and used only to review your request. We will never publish them without your separate, explicit permission.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. Service providers that host this website and store requests process it on our behalf.
Retention and your choices
We keep your request and photos only as long as we need them to quote and complete your project. You can ask us to delete them at any time. Signed agreements are kept as business records.
